Graduate Student Matt Hoffman wins Award at ISMIR

CS Graduate Student Matt Hoffman has won the Best Student Paper Award at the upcoming International Symposium on Music Information Retrieval, to be held in Kobe, Japan Oct 26-30. The paper, entitled "Easy as CBA: A Simple Probabilistic Model for Tagging Music," was co-authored with Professors David Blei and Perry Cook.
