Prof. Margaret Martonosi among the recipients of the 2017 ACM SenSys Test of Time Award

Congratulations to Prof. Margaret Martonosi (CS) and Prof. Steve Lyon (EE) along with EE PhD alums Pei Zhang and Chris Sadler, who were awarded the 2017 ACM SenSys Test of Time award for their 2004 paper entitled “Hardware Design Experiences in ZebraNet”.  The paper offered quantitative results on hardware design choices after deployments of the ZebraNet wildlife trackers on zebras in Kenya.
