Congratulations to Dr. Robert Fish, recipient of the IEEE-SA Standards Medallion “for leadership in initiating, architecting, and implementing IEEE ComSoc Standards Activities.”  The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) is one of the leading organizations creating technical standards, and contributes across a wide range of fields including information technology, telecommunications, power and energy, and more.  This award is issued by the IEEE Standards Association for major contributions to the development of standards the IEEE fields of interest.
