On September 5th, Google announced the recipients of this year's Google PhD Fellowships, which include Princeton CS graduate student Diana Cai in the area of Machine Learning.
In a statement from Google's University Relations Program Manager,
"Google is pleased to announce the recipients of the Google PhD Fellowships for 2019. These awards have been presented to exemplary PhD students in computer science and related research areas. We have given these students unique fellowships to acknowledge their contributions to their areas of specialty and provide funding for their education and research. We look forward to working closely with them as they continue to become leaders in their respective fields."
Diana Cai was also invited to attend the global summit at the Mountain View campus, where Fellowship recipients had the opportunity to learn about Google’s state-of-the-art research, and network with Google’s research community as well as other PhD Fellows from around the world.
